Question:
Im looking for a complete suspension kit for my overland custom build trailer. I already have my axel, wheels, tires, lock-n-roll hitches and receivers, and hubs, Im just looking for a complete suspension kit that will work with my Dexter 3500 lb axel. I need springs, hangers, plates, bolts, and any other hardware that would be needed.

For an off-road application I highly recommend a Timbren Silent Ride Suspension system which is available for a 2-3/8" Round 3.5K Axle # TSR3500S04 or a 3" Round 3.5K Axle # TSR3500S06. These give you a little more control and perform better than your traditional axle leaf spring setup as you can see in the linked video.
If you'd like to stick with the traditional leaf spring setup then I recommend the following parts:
Single-Axle Trailer Hanger Kit - # APS4
4-Leaf Double-Eye Spring - # e68SR
U-Bolt Kit - # APUBR-1
You'll need a professional welder to install the hangers but aside from that everything else is a bolt-on application and these kits include that hardware you're needing for a trailer suspension.
Attached are some videos for you to check out.
