Can Fastway E2 Weight Distribution for 800 lb Tongue Weight be Upgraded to 1,000 lb

Good Morning: I currently have the Fastway e2 round bar hitch. Model 94-00-0800 rated for Tongue wt - 800 lbs. Max. trailer wt - 8,000 lbs. For our old trailer: 500 lbs tongue wt. and UVW 5,000 lbs Our new trailer is: UVW - 7,000 lbs. with a Tongue wt - 950 lbs. Is it possible to upgrade parts of my old hitch, or easier to purchase an entire new hitch for this heavier trailer? Your assistance is most appreciated.

The easiest solution is to replace the spring bars you have now from your Fastway e2 kit with ones that are higher rated like the part # FA94-02-1099 which will give you the higher tongue weight rating you are wanting and is perfectly compatible with what you have now.
