We do have an item I recommend to keep your lithium batteries warm. The Kat's Heaters Battery Heating Pad for Series 24 Batteries - 120V - 60 Watt, part # KH22400, installs underneath your battery and it plugs into a 120-volt outlet, keeping your battery warm and at full power in the winter.
I spoke to a representative from Quest Audio about the AAMP Universal Heat Seat Kit - 2 Heating Surfaces - 2 Function Switch, part # 292-101823, and they said this was not its intended purpose and it should not be used in this manner. I have included a product description link below.
