If you go to the linked product description page for most of the products we offer, and scroll down the page, you'll see a link to the installation instructions (if the manufacturer makes them available).

On the product page for the Curt # C60720 Double Lock, Flip and Store gooseneck hitch, there are two sets of instructions. Once for the hitch itself, that explains how it operates, the other for the install rails which is the vehicle-specific part of the install. Both are .pdf files that you can download and print as needed.

If you'd like to install a 7-way in the truck bed so you don't have to run the trailer connector up over the tailgate, you can install one using part # C56000.
