With the Curt Echo app telling you that there is low battery voltage you may have an issue with the wiring in your 7-way from the vehicle battery. Depending on the age of your battery you will likely want to have it tested if the battery is more than a few years old. Your local auto parts store can test your battery and charging system to rule out the possibility of that being the issue.
The Curt Echo # C51180 takes power from the charge line circuit on your 7-way to power the trailer brakes. None of the trailer lights will get power from that circuit which leads me to believe there is only an issue with the charge line since all your lights are working properly and not dimming. You will want to check the connectors in the 7-way as well as the wiring for any damage or corrosion that would be causing an issue. See Image of connector. Depending on your comfort level you may want to have the system checked by your local service center. They will be able test the wiring for any internal damage. You will be able to visually check the wiring and test the voltage at your 7-way with a Multimeter # PT89ZR.

Bud, I am continually getting the Low Vehicle Battery message. I have checked my voltage on the 12v power connector and it reads 12.4v. The battery has no trouble starting my hemi engine. The trailer brakes work correctly. Any ideas about what I should check? I haven't used my Echo for about 2 years. It has been stored in a dry area. I got a new RV trailer and I'm using it on the same truck as I did before w/o issues.
