Question:
I have a 2015 chevy 3500 dually with a cm skirted flatbed with solid ball that is inset on bed will this work on this ??? and do i need anything else to pull camper thanks Dj

Yes, the Demco Recon Gooseneck-to-5th Wheel Trailer Hitch Adapter for Recessed Ball - Single Jaw - 21,000 lbs item # DM8550046 is the correct 5th Wheel hitch for your CM flatbed. Your 2015 Chevy 3500 Dually will have no problem pulling a 5th wheel trailer with this hitch. I have attached a picture that shows this hitch in action on a CM flatbed like yours.
You will definitely want a lube plate. The Lube Plate for 5th Wheel Trailer Hitches - 10" Diameter item # RP83002 will prevent scratches on your fifth-wheel's skid plate and ease trailer hookup.
