iRV63 Radio Troubleshooting LED Display That Is Not Working

Question:
Hello. This unit is only 7 weeks old. Installed in a New Rockwood Caravan In New Zealand. The LED display has gone black. I have tried all remedies in Manual. I am hoping you can help.

If you've already tried everything listed in the owner's manual for your iRV RV Stereo - Double DIN - HDMI, AUX, Bluetooth, App Control # IRV64FR, I recommend trying a factory reset.
To do this, you're going to press and hold the power button for 5 seconds until the unit shuts off. After the unit is shut off, press the "ON" button to re-power on the unit.
Additionally I also suggest checking your connections to the radio, as well as, checking for proper voltage with a multimeter # PTW1714. You'll want to verify that you are receiving 12v of power at the connection port on # IRV64FR. If you are not receiving power, you'll want to trace your connections and look for breakage or faulty wiring along the way. If you are receiving power, and you've done everything you can, you may need to replace the entire system.
