The Dexter Electric Trailer Brake Assembly # 23-451 being the part number 023-451-00 that you referenced is a right side brake assembly. The Dexter Electric Trailer Brake Assembly # 23-450 is the matching left side brake assembly. This is available as a kit # 23-450-451 since I always recommend changing brakes as a set.
We have the etrailer Electric Trailer Brake Kit # AKEBRK-10 which will can also be used. These are the same 12-1/4" x 3-3/8" brakes pads as the Dexter brand and they are also self adjusting. They are also available individually as the Right # AKEBRK-10R and Left # AKEBRK-10L assemblies.
