For the part number 35043100 it appears you are looking for the Replacement Hardware Kit for Roadmaster Base Plate Kit, # RM-521433-1HK.

Part numbers C001588 and C001589 are the removeable arms on the Roadmaster EZ Base Plate Kit, # 521433-1. To replace those arms you will need the Roadmaster Replacement Arms for Base Plate Kits # RM-ARMS.
