Question:
I have a “2011 Toyota Corolla LE” and am looking for a hitch bike rack that can hold bikes with fenders. Looking for: - Works with fenders! - 1.25” hitch style bike rack - supports 2 bikes - Easy to take on and off. Possibly tools-free connection. - Doesn't break the bank

The Thule Apex XT 2 Bike Rack # TH9024XT looks to be the bike rack that meets all your needs. It is a hanging mount that will hold the bike by the frame. If you have an alternative frame bike a Thule Bike Adapter Bar # TH982XT will be needed. The rack fits both the 1-1/4" and 2" receivers including a class I Curt Receiver # C11265 that fits your 2011 Toyota Corolla LE. It will support 2 bikes up to 37.5lbs each. And has an integrated anti-rattle stinger hitch for tool-free connection.
The Swagman Chinook Bike Rack # S64683 may be needed if your bikes are over the 37.5lbs limit of the Apex. This rack will support 2 bikes up to 45lbs each. It also uses a frame mount system but this uses cradles that the tires will sit into which will hold the bikes more securely. It also fits 1-1/4" and 2" receiver. You will not have the tool free installation with this rack.
I always recommend installing a 4-way connector like the T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness # 118459 when you install a Receiver # C11265. The connector will be needed for towing a trailer but is also helpful in adding Auxiliary Lights # C53201. These are needed with a hitch mounted cargo carrier or bike rack are used and the view of your tail lights are impaired by the cargo or bikes.
