The Thule EasyFold XT Bike Rack for 2 Electric Bikes, # TH903202 is a great bike rack and one that I recommend often. Having bikes fall of the rack is not a common problem that we have complaints on. If the directions are followed correctly, and it is easy to do, the bikes are very secured when fastened in place. This bike rack is great for eBikes as it has a carry capacity of 65 lbs. per bike fitting tire widths up to 3" but has an option of being extended top fatter tire bikes up to as full 4-11/16" using the Fat Bike Straps for Thule EasyFold XT Bike Rack, # TH985101. The independently detachable arms let you carry bikes of different heights and can be repositioned anywhere along upright frame to hold bikes by the downtubes or top tubes. This allows it fit almost every type of bike frame. However, if you prefer, there is the Thule Bike Adapter Bar for Women's and Alternative Frame Bikes, # TH982XT available that attaches to your bike's seat post and handlebar stem post, providing a horizontal bar for the bike rack to grab.

This has a release lever that allows the rack to tilt and fold, it even tilts down with bikes loaded to access cargo area. And the aluminum ramp help to load heavy bikes, such as eBikes, and then they fold up to easily and store onboard. One of the additional features I really like on this bike rack is that the rack folds up for easy transport and storage with the integrated handle and wheels that let you roll rack to and from your vehicle and garage storage location. This is a great bike rack and one that I think will suit your situation wonderfully.

The alternative suggestion for you is the Hollywood Racks RV Rider Bike Rack for 2 Electric Bikes, # HLY64FR. This rack has a carry capacity of 80 lbs. per bike and fits 2" x 2" hitch receivers. The adjustable wheel hoops with ratchet straps slide back and forth to fit many different wheelbase lengths and fat tire bikes up to 5". This option is also rated for use on RV's.
