I would be happy to help you find a 5th wheel hitch so you can tow your 2012 Keystone 276 RLS 11,000 lbs GVWR with your 2017 Nissan Titan with a 5-1/2 foot bed. With that short of a bed you will definitely want a slider. I recommend the Demco Hijacker Autoslide 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch w/ Slider item # DM8550040. This 5th wheel hitch has a 13,000 lbs capacity and the slider provides 22-1/2" of additional clearance for tight turns.
You are also going to need the Demco Hijacker Premier Series Above-Bed Base Rails and Custom Installation Kit for 5th Wheel Hitches item # DM8552033-71. These custom brackets mount directly to your Titan's frame to provide industry standard rails to attach your 5th wheel hitch to.
The Demco 5th Wheel/Gooseneck 90-Degree Wiring Harness with 7-Pole Plug - 10' Long item # DM8555002 you were looking at would be a great addition to your setup. This harness provides a 7-way connection in the bed of your Titan for easy access when hooking up your 5th wheel's 7-way. It also allows you to keep the 7-way connector on the bumper of your truck.
