Will The Dexter Trailer Idler Hub Assembly For 12K Axles Work With Disc Brakes.

Question:
Needing to know if an 8-214-8 will work for a Dexter 12k disc brake application or not. Hubs seem to be the same other than the 8-214-10 comes with the rotor mounting studs installed where the drum mounting bolts screw into.
