I would like to get a hitch for my 2022 Toyota Highlander with tow package. I also want to add a 5 way flat connection to it.

I recommend the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver - Custom Fit - Class III - 2" # C99FR. It has a 5,000 pound gross trailer weight limit and a 500 pound max tongue weight. No drilling custom fit install takes about an hour on average.
You can add the T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness for Factory Tow Package - 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector # TK74FR as a plug in play wire harness then use the Tow Ready 4 Pole to 5 Pole Trailer Wiring Adapter # 20036 to upgrade it to a 5-way flat.
