Hey Ray, the weight for the Reese M5 5th Wheel # RP26FR is actually divided 3 ways. So the head itself weighs 48.569 lbs, the center section weighs 59.37 lbs, and the legs weigh 49.277 lbs. With the legs and center section combined you're looking at 108.647 lbs, plus the head at 48.569 lbs, bringing you to that 157 lb mark (technically it's 157.216 lbs).
As far as the design goes It's not the same design, but according to Reese it can be interchanged between the 20K center section # RP30884 or 27K center section # RP30894 on the M5 series hitches.
