To fit past the rear spare of your 2021 Jeep Wrangler the Yakima EXO rack part # Y44ZR that you referenced would require you to use the Yakima StraightShot hitch extender part # Y69VR. This would add 7-1/4 inches to the current shank length which would be long enough to clear the spare.
