Best Solution for Bike Rack/Cargo Carrier that Allows Rear Cargo Area Access

Question:
Can you recommend a hitch mounted storage and bike rack that will fit on the back of my 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee L. I want something that will allow me to open the back to get my dogs out and see with my backup camera. I only need the rack to hold one bike. Thank you.

Hey Charisse, there's really only one option that covers everything you are looking for with the Yakima EXO Swing Away 2 Bike Carrier and Cargo Carrier part # Y34ZR. This has a single bike rack, an enclosed cargo carrier, and also has a swing away hitch adapter that will allow you to have full access to your rear hatch even loaded.

This looks great! However, I will have a kayak on my roof. It looks like the bike will interfere with the kayak since it sits so high. Are there any other options? Thanks for your help.
