Why Doesn't Conventional Ramp Door Spring 362SA4 Come with Instructions
Published 12/22/2021 >
Question:
Why do you ship this without assembly instructions? As is right now I would never recomend this to anyone.

Expert Reply:
That's a really good question and I do apologize for confusion on that. But the reason instructions aren't included with the Conventional ramp door spring part # 362SA4 is because they aren't intended for the DIYer to install. It is recommended that only individuals who have experience winding torsion springs install this product. If you have not worked with a torsion spring system before, we recommend contacting a local garage door company to install this system.
These can be dangerous if not handled properly is why.
