I have a 2022 GMC Terrain SLE and I would like to add a hitch and wiring for towing. Please advise.

For your 2022 GMC Terrain SLE I recommend the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver # C77FR. This is a Class III hitch with a maximum gross trailer weight of 4,500 lbs and tongue weight of 675 lbs. It features a 2" receiver and a concealed cross tube so you will only see the receiver hanging down under the rear bumper. This hitch has a gloss black powder coat finish and a limited lifetime warranty.

For wiring, the most reliable wiring harness is the T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness for Factory Tow Package - 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector # 118285. This will provide you with a 4-way connection to power your trailer's signal lights.

If you need a ball mount, I recommend the etrailer Ball Mount Kit # 989900. This kit comes with 2 different ball mounts, a 1-7/8" and 2" ball, and a bag to store everything in.
