Operation of the 6" Diameter MaxxFan Dome Plus Roof Vent with 12V Fan and Manual Lift

Question:
Hi, I’m enquiring about the max fan dome plus 12V fan with LED Light. Is this an exhaust only fan or can it be used as a normal fan letting in air as well? I noticed your description stated when it’s closed it can be a normal fan but other places don’t say this and your video on the fan didn’t mention it.

The MaxxFan Dome Plus Roof Vent w/ 12V Fan - LED Light, # MA00-03810W will operate when closed, the fan will operate circulating the air. It is a manual opening fan that will pull air from the room when opened. The fan motor is not reversible in operation.
