Recommended SumoSprings To Help With Sag On A 2022 Thor Axis Motorhome
Published 12/01/2021 >
Question:
I just got my 2022 Thor Axis 24.1 motorhome and am getting some sag in the back. I can't tow my Mazda CX-5 with all 4 wheels down so I use a tow dolly and I guess it is a little on the heavy side. I like the idea of the 2 piece SumoSprings, but do I need the heavier yellow one? I do also get a little body roll, so if it can help with that it would also be nice. What are my options?

For your 2022 Thor Axis, I recommend going with the SumoSprings Rebel Custom Helper Springs - 2 Piece # SS42RR. These will have a 5,000 pound capacity and will suit you better than the more heavy duty # SSR-106-54-1 option.
Now if you were getting a lot of sag and body roll and your towed vehicle was larger than your CX-5, I would have said differently. But with your towed vehicle and only moderate sagging, they will just be too heavy duty for your motorhome and will alter the ride more than I suggest doing. The # SS42RR will be perfect for your needs.
