Your Fan-Tastic Vent Roof Vent w/ 12V Fan and Remote - Powered Lift - 14-1/4" x 14-1/4" # FV807350 has 2 modes. Manual and Automatic. In the automatic mode the thermostat-regulated settings conserve energy by running only when preset temperature is reached. If you are running the unit on automatic mode then ensure that the temperature is set where you need it to be to keep the fan running longer or switch it to manual mode to have it run continuously. If you are experiencing this issue while in manual mode it could be an indicator that your control board may be malfunctioning and need to be replaced.
The only way to get the control board is to use the Fan-Tastic Vent 7350 Series Upgrade Kit - High/Low Style Base - White # FV807359 which will basically replace all of the electrical components of the vent.
