Question:

I’m trying to put together a rack and tonneau system for my truck. I have a 2011 Silverado 2500 with a 6.5’ bed. I’d like a Bak Revolver and a sliding rack like the Tracrac SR. Can you help me locate compatible parts for my truck?

That is not a problem at all. The BAK Revolver X4s Hard Tonneau Cover - Roll Up - Aluminum and Vinyl - Matte Black, part # BAK62FR, is the tonneau cover I recommend. It is a matte black tonneau cover, but more importantly, it does not cover your stake pockets. Once we have the tonneau cover in place you will need the Thule TracRac SR Sliding Truck Bed Ladder Rack - 1,250 lbs, part # TH43002XT-501. This ladder rack installs in the stake pockets of your 2011 Chevrolet Silverado 2500. It has a maximum weight limit of 1,250 lbs, but the best feature of this ladder rack is you will still have access to your truck bed with this ladder rack installed. You can slide both of the racks towards the bulkhead and have the rest of the bed available to haul items. The crossbars on this ladder rack are also compatible with most t-channel roof rack accessories.
