I have a 2017 F150 with a 90373 - ReTrax PowerTrax Pro Tonneau Cover Matte Finish. Will the TracRac SR Sliding Truck Bed Ladder Rack - Full Size Pickup Trucks - 1,250 lbs Item # TA21501-02 mount on the truck with the ReTrax PowerTrax Tonneau cover? How does the rails connect to the truck?

Yes, the sliding TracRac SR part # TH43002XT-501 can work with the retractable tonneau covers like the ReTrax PowerTrax you have.
The rails connect through the stake pockets on top of the bed rails of the truck.
