Question:

Hi, I have a 2018 Tundra with an 8 Bed with deckrail and TracRacks. I am trying to find a tonneau cover that will work with the racks. I was interested in the BakFlip versions as they can mount to the inside deckrail and do not seem to interfere with the mounting of the rack system. However I cannot tell if the cover would be able to fold due to the cant of the TracRacks. I was wondering if you knew if this was a problem or if there are any options you would recommend? On my previous truck I had an Access rollup cover and it worked but required reversing the racks, drilling new holes etc, which I would like to avoid. Thanks for your help,

I have seen this done before! I've included a video to show you how it looks. The TruXedo Sentry Hard Tonneau Cover # TX1546801 was used with the Thule TracRac # TH43002XT-501 and there wasn't any clearance issues at all. You will have to remove the ladder rack and rails because you need to install the tonneau cover first. No need to drill any holes for this tonneau cover which is nice. Once that's installed all you have to do is install the ladder rack exactly how you did before.
