Question:

Hello and thank you for your time. I am swapping wheels on a letsgoaero trailer, it has ,13 inch wheels and I am putting on 15x5 inch wheels on it. What is the largest size tire I can put on the 15x6 trailer wheel? Thank you for the help.

You said both 15 x 5 and 15 x 6, so I'm not sure which one you are going to, but I'll go over the options for you. First, keep in mind that the general rule of thumb is you want at least 3" of clearance from the top of the tire to your fender and at least 1" of clearance between the inside of the tire and your trailer's frame rail.

So having said that, the largest tire for a 15 x 5 wheel is a size ST205/75R15 and the largest for a 15 x 6 is a ST225/75R15:

- ST205/75R15: Karrier ST205/75R15 Radial Trailer Tire - Load Range C # AM10244

- ST225/75R15: Karrier ST225/75R15 Radial Trailer Tire - Load Range C # AM10251

The # AM10244 has a 1,820 lb capacity and measures 27.3" diameter and 8.1" wide, while the # AM10251 has a 2,150 lb capacity and measures 28.4" diameter and 8.9" wide.
