Yes you can flat-tow your 2021 Jeep Wrangler with a Smittybilt Atlas Front Bumper. You will need the Blue Ox Aftermarket Off-Road Bumper Adapter - 7/8" Pin # BX88357 that will connect to your tow bar like the Blue Ox Alpha 2 Non-Binding Tow Bar - Motorhome Mount - 2" Hitch - 6,500 lbs # BX7380.
You will need a wire kit to connect your tow vehicle lights to your flat-tow vehicle, I suggest the Roadmaster Universal Hy-Power Diode Wiring Kit # RM-154. This will keep you safe and legal.
You will also need a braking system for your flat-tow vehicle, I suggest the Demco SBS Stay-IN-Play DUO Supplemental Braking System - Proportional # SM99251. This is a permanent system and once installed will stay with your vehicle and you wont have to waste time setting up every time you tow, you can just plug and play.
I recommend checking the recreational towing section of your owner's manual to see restrictions and steps to make the vehicle ready.
