The Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver part # C67FR is very easy to install on a 2021 Kia Soul. It features a no-drill installation without any cutting or welding. In fact, it's so easy a mom and teenage son were able to install the hitch successful without issue. I have attached that review for you. You'll need a few common hand tools, the only one you may not have is a torque wrench and in which case you can rent this for free from most local auto parts stores.
