Troubleshooting Atwood Air Command # AT15028-22 Not Heating Up

Question:
I had this unit installed in July, 2021 so this is the first time I had an occasion to use the heat function. Now when I NEED it, the heat will not come on. It is set for HEAT, the thermostat is set for 76°, and switched to AUTO. It is now 46° outside and 57° inside. It never came on one time all night. I have attached pictures of my settings.

It does appear that you have all the settings correct for your Atwood Air Command Rooftop RV Air Conditioner w/ Heat Pump, # AT15028-22. You have it switched to heat and on high. Possibly adjust the settings to auto. If this does not resolve issue I suggest you take it back to the shop you purchased it from and had it installed. Your settings appear to be correct which causes me to consider an error in installation.

Have same set up, tried to turn on and get nothing, display is dead, did turn it on a few times this winter and it worked fine.
