How To Unlock The Atwood Air Command RV Air Conditioner?

Question:
I followed the directions to press the down key as well as the lock key at the same time for 3 seconds and it did lock now the heater is not coming on and when I try to undo it it stays locked thank you for any help

It sounds like you just need to unlock your Atwood Air Command, so in order to do so, you'll want to hold the down button and the MODE button at the same time for 3 seconds instead of holding the down key and the lock key for 3 seconds
If after preforming this your unit does not unlock, then you are going to need to have a qualified industry professional come out and take a look at it.
