With all Atwood products slowly being phased out the only option currently would be to replace the air distribution box you have with part # AT15021, which has the thermostat built into it. There aren't any other thermostats to my knowledge that would be compatible with the Air Command units.

Kevin, I too am installing an Atwood 15028 and in need of a thermostat or adapter. Air distribution box isn’t possible as there is no “inside” unit. It is 100% ducted. I’m certain that micro air has a thermostat.

@ScottS Atwood air conditioning systems have been discontinued by Dometic so you'll likely be unable to find a thermostat unless it's secondhand. I would try reaching out to Dometic and seeing if they might be able to point you to a shop that still has one new. If you just have ductwork there and no air distribution box then you would still have some sort of mounting bracket there to mount the new unit and wiring in place to connect to. The rooftop unit doesn't determine if the system is ducted or non-ducted, the air distribution box having closeable vents to force air through the ducts is the determining factor. Since you're setup without one any rooftop unit you put there should blow air down through the ducts.

@KevinC Micro air 358 replaces the Atwood thermostat. We did ours recently.

@Jri too am about to replace my atwood thermostat with the mico easy. I bought one a few months ago but the wiring configuration was so totally different. The new one was plug in play and didn't come with any wiring diagrams and the old one only had one grouped set of wires. I'm soo confused on what to do. I'm pretty smart but this one thru me off. Had an a/c guy tell me it wouldn't work and then tried to sell me a new unit lol. Please help
