Installation of Bauer Products RV Baggage Door Slam Latch

Question:
I have a 2018 375RES grand design I ordered a slam latch replacement from Bauer products i Got the BP20 Is is there additional parts besides the Front plate that has the key in the handle Is there a plate that goes on the back The door on my trailer seems too thick to accommodate this lock

Please note the attached image of the Bauer Products RV Baggage Door Slam Latch, # BA57FR. If you think you may have ordered the incorrect item, please forward an image of what you have and measurements. This part is specifically made to replace the Bauer BP-20.
