For the front axle of your 2022 Thor Axis on a Ford E-450 chassis, I recommend the SumoSprings Solo Custom Helper Springs # SSF-106-47. With these springs, you receive 1,000 pounds (at 50% compression) of additional support.
As far as the rear axle, I recommend the SumoSprings Maxim Custom Helper Springs # SSR-106-47-1. With the Maxim, you will receive 5,000 pounds (at 50% compression) of additional support. Like the Solo Custom, the Maxim comes with all necessary hardware for an easy bolt-on installation.
If you need assistance with the installation process, I attached walkthrough videos of both sets of springs.
