For your Venture landing gear M9000PK we have rebuilt kits that will get your landing gear working again with the follow leg kit part # LG-146060 or for the lead jack part # LG-146059. Based on what you mentioned this is most likely the issue but you can verify by taking off the gear box and seeing if the shaft can be turned that's behind the gear box.
If it can turn without the gear box that would mean instead it is the gear box which for a replacement we have the # LC276602
