Yes, the replacement for the Dometic Americana I DM2852 Refrigerator is the Dometic Americana II RV Fridge. The Black version you're looking at is available with the Right-Hand Hinge as part # DMC22RR as well as the Left-Hand Hinge as part # DMC82RR.
