I see the pattern is directional. Is there a right and left side wheel available or are they just this one pattern?

The Lionshead Steel Directional Trailer Wheel - 14" x 5-1/2" - 5 on 4-1/2 - Smoke PVD Finish 274-000023 was just the one design so there will not be a right and left side wheel, unfortunately.

If you wanted something to match on both sides, I have always been a fan of the modular style wheels, like the Taskmaster Steel Modular Trailer Wheel - 14" x 6" Rim - 5 on 4-1/2 - Black PVD Finish # 460545MBPVD or the Aluminum HWT Hi-Spec Series 03 Mod Trailer Wheel - 14" x 5-1/2" Rim - 5 on 4-1/2 # AM22327.
