Will the Kuat Sherpa S101 rack fit on the 2008 prius?

Yes, the Kuat Sherpa 2.0 Bike Rack, # SH12G, would be an excellent choice for your 2008 Toyota Prius. The Toyota Prius has a low tongue weight capacity due to the design of the vehicle and using a lightweight bike rack is ideal. The Sherpa is made of aluminum making it almost half the weight of other platform-style bike racks.
I have attached a video of this bike rack on a Toyota Prius for you to check out.
Keep in mind, you must have a trailer hitch installed on your Prius to use a hitch mount bike rack. If you do not have a trailer hitch installed on your Prius yet, I recommend installing the Draw-Tite Sportframe Trailer Hitch, # 24808.
