Question:
My spindles measure 1.055 on a set of calipers. Are my spindles dead or is there a proper bearing size?

Expert Reply:
A lot depends on where you are taking that measurement. If you look at the spindle main page I have linked for you, you will see the important spindle measurements I would need to determine what, if any, bearings we carry will fit.
If you have access to the bearings still the best way to determine replacement parts is to get the inner and outer bearing numbers stamped into the metal of the bearings.
If your 1.055 measurement is the C measurement from the spindle main page and the spindle looks like # TRU44FR then the appropriate bearing kit is # BK1-150.
