For your 2021 Toyota RAV4 I recommend going with the etrailer Trailer Hitch Receiver # e23ZR for a few different reasons.

This hitch is made right here in the USA, the matte black powder coat finish does a great job of blending in to the black trim on your vehicle compared to the gloss black finish on other hitches, and the hidden crosstube design makes it so only the receiver itself is visible once installed as you can see in the included picture.

Along with all of that this hitch has a 600lb tongue weight rating and 4000lb trailer weight rating making it a great all around hitch for carrying a bike rack or cargo carrier, to using a ball mount to tow a trailer.

If you will be towing a trailer you will need to add a vehicle wiring harness # C56434, and a ball mount, hitch ball, and hitch pin and clip which can all be found in the etrailer Ball Mount Kit # 989900.
