Synthetic Rope Winch for Enclosed Trailer with Drag Truck

Question:

I have a 32’ enclosed trailer that I want to put a synthetic winch in for my drag truck. Truck will probably weigh 3500-4000lbs. I’ve seen a lot of choices but they seem to be overkill for the weight I have unless I’m calculating wrong. Can you suggest a few that would work? Thanks!

For your enclosed trailer the Bulldog Winch Trailer Winch part # BDW15020 would be a great option for pulling in your drag truck as it has a 4,400 lb capacity and was designed for this type of application.

Or if you wanted something that would work a little faster the ComeUp trailer winch # CU645010 would be a really great option. It has a faster motor with a higher capacity which is what allows it to be faster.
