Subaru Accent with factory cross bars. Want to use Thule hull a port aero, what adaptor will I need to make it work

I may have a solution for you, but the Thule Hull-a-Port Aero # TH849000 can only be installed on bars with T-slots, which are only found on aftermarket crossbars. Since you have factory crossbars I recommend considering the Yakima JayLow Kayak Carrier w/ Tie-Downs - J-Style or Post Style - Folding - 1 or 2 Kayaks # Y04073, which will clamp to the factory crossbars on your 2020 Subaru Ascent and gives you a J-Style carrier for your boat. The JayLow also folds down similar to the Hull-a-Port Aero carrier and comes with tie down straps included, so it's going to give you the same style and features, just with a different brand.

Comparing Yakima and Thule products is like comparing Nike and Adidas; you're getting a high quality product that's going to have most of the same features, just a slightly different aesthetic. I've linked a review video of the JayLow for you to check out as well.
