The Thule Track Rack Base Rails # TH21608 are going to be for the GMC pick up trucks. For your Ford F-150 Super Crew you are going to want to go with # TH21508. Those Thule Track Rack Base Rails are for the Ford Super Crew Pickups.

Which Thule ladder rack do you currently have?

Hey Nick so I bought the 21508 but the pre drilled holes will not allow for my ladder rack. What ones should I buy that have the holes drilled off center ??

@PaulC What exact ladder rack do you have that you are wanting to put on that Super Crew? I will take a look and see if there is a better specific fit for you.

Hey Michael, welcome back! The rails for the 2023 Sierra 1500 with a 6-1/2' bed are the #TH21781. These are the same rails that come with the complete rack #TH43002XT-781 we originally discussed.
