Review of the Rubber Hitch Cover

Speaker 1: Today you're going to be getting a look at the rubber hitch cover from It's available for two inch hitches, part number 22282. It's also available for inch and a quarter hitches, part number 22281.If you've got several hundred dollars invested in a trailer hitch, you may want to consider spending a few more dollars to protect it. An empty receiver tube could invite water, road grime, or other environmental hazards into the opening creating rust and corrosion. This can even spread to your bull mount. The hitch cover serves a dual purpose, preventing rust and corrosion while adding to the overall appearance of a hitch. The hitch cover is black in appearance so it's going to blend in with your hitch.

Compared to other hitch covers, it doesn't require a pin and clip. It simply just pressure fits in place. The wide rubber face is also going to protect the collar of your hitch. Because the whole thing is rubber, it's going to be more durable than plastic hitch covers. Now you've had a look at the rubber hitch cover from

Hi, General question and specic question ....1. does this fit the other end of the tube for the bull mount?2. Does this fit the Other open ends of the hitch tubes ? i.e. Open side ends of the Draw-Tite 75238 drawtite? Thanks !!

Jason S.

The hitch cover # 22282 will fit all 2 inch receivers. For the hitch # 75238, this will cover the receiver tube opening, but it won't fill the hitch pin holes if that is what you are asking. You will need to use the J-Pin stabilization pin # 63201 if you want those holes filled.
