Can I just hook up a 100 lb tank to one of the 2 propane lines so I dont have to fill 30 pounders so often

Yes you could hook up a 100 lb tank to the line of the MB Sturgis Sturgi-Stay T-Fitting w/ Hoses for POL Valve # 103539-MBS which would allow you to use it as a propane source instead of the 30 lb tanks.
