Question:

Does this kit fit a 2020 GMC Sierra 1500 Denali that already has a leveling kit installed on it? I think it’s a 1.25” block in back and 2.50” in front?

I have a different option for you, but the Air Lift # AL88388 you were looking at is designed for the AT4 Models not the Denali models.

For your 2020 GMC Sierra Denali with adaptive ride control you will need the Firestone Ride-Rite Air Helper Spring Kit # F2609 which gives you 5000lbs of load leveling support when carrying a heavy payload or towing a trailer, but keep in mind this does not increase the factory ratings of your truck.

Since you mentioned that the truck has a leveling kit you may need a 2" lift spacer # F2366 though you can confirm this by measuring the distance between the upper and lower brackets once installed. Assuming you get a 7.5"-8.5" measurement this would be the correct spacer for you.

Lastly to keep from having to manually inflate your helper springs each time before use I recommend adding an on-board air compressor such as the Firestone Air Command # F2610 which allows you to adjust the air pressure in the helper springs from your smart phone.
