Why does the front mount EcoHitch require removal of the front bumper on the 2019 Ford F-250?

This installation requires that you remove the front bumper because the hitch receiver is completely hidden once it is installed. You will not see the cross tube for this hitch receiver, at all, when looking at the front of your 2019 Ford F-250. In fact, you will barely be able to see the 2" X 2" opening of the receiver.

The EcoHitch Hidden Front Mount Trailer Hitch Receiver - Custom Fit - 2", part # 306-X7904, gets bolted to the frame of the truck. Once the hitch receiver gets bolted in place, the front bumper gets re-installed. The only thing that will reveal that you have a front hitch receiver is the 2" X 2" receiver itself.
