I have some information that may help you to repair your winch.

I reached out to Fulton to determine if they had a confirmed replacement parts kit for your Fulton T2100 winch and they informed me that they do not have such a kit for your winch. They were able to tell me that the bolt you need is 5/16"-18 and 4-1/2" long. This you may be able to source from a local hardware store.

The bolt that comes with the Dutton-Lainson Winch Ratchet Repair Kit is only 1/4" in diameter so this would likely result in unwanted play if you were able to use the kit. As your winch is discontinued we cannot test the fit in house to verify that it will or will not work.
