Replacement RV Fireplace for Greystone SF208-28

Question:

We have a 2015 Forest River Columbus fifth wheel model 295RL. It has a Greystone model # SF208-28 electric fireplace. The fireplace is only partially controllable. The lights turn on and adjust and you can change the timer, but the thermostat will not adjust, the heater just runs full time on high. The only way to turn it off is at the circuit breaker panel. It behaves the same regardless of whether you use the remote or the buttons on the front. Are parts available, and if not how about a replacement? The cutout dimensions are 28.5”W x 24.375”H. Thank you

The closest fitting replacement RV fireplace to replace your Greystone SF208-28 would be the Greysotne part # 324-000068 which has cut out dimensions of 26-1/4" wide x 20-1/2" tall x 5-3/8" deep. This would be a little smaller than what you have now but it would work.
