Question:
I am trying to determine if the Rola cargo basket #59502 installed on my RV based on a Sprinter 2500 4x4 2020 chassis will be low enough to open the rear swing doors when unloaded. Can you tell me what the distance is between the highest part of the basket and the top of the hitch opening? Thank you

From the top of the shank (the part that goes into the hitch receiver) to the top of the railing of the 22x59 Rola Cargo Carrier for 2" Hitches 59502, it is about 6-3/4 inches high.
If the Rola Cargo Carrier is too high for you to open the doors on your 2021 Sprinter 2500 chassis, there are other cargo carriers that do not the added 2-inch rise of the Rola carrier. For a solution of a carrier that doesn't have rise in the shank and is RV approved, I recommend the 23x59 Stromberg Carlson Cargo Carrier for 2" # CC-100. The height of the outer lip of the Stromberg Carlson carrier is only 2-5/16 inches high. The Stromberg Carlson also comes with a comparable weight capacity of 500 pounds. If you need straps for securing your cargo, I recommend the CargoBuckle Cam Buckle Tie-Down Straps w/ S-Hooks - 1" x 6' # IMF12637.
If you need a 2-inch hitch receiver for your 2021 Sprinter 2500, I recommend the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver # 13358 (for 144 and 170 inch wheelbases with factory step bumper) or the # C13388 (for 144 and 170 inch wheelbases with standard bumper). With the cargo carrier and the hitch, you will also need a hitch pin # e98880. Both the Curt hitch receivers come with all mounting hardware required for a bolt-on installation.
