The DeeZee Custom-Fit Truck Bed Mat # DZ87011 that you were looking at would need to be cut in order to have access to your gooseneck hole in the bed of your 2021 Ford F-350. This does not have pre-cut holes for gooseneck or 5th wheel, nor do any other truck bed mats for your truck.

This is a very high quality anti-slip mat that would do a great job of protecting your truck bed. It resists most chemicals and also is raised slightly off the bed to prevent moisture build-up.
